Attorney Michaels received her B.A. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison, graduating with honors. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University, Shepard Broad Law School in South Florida and received the Book Award.
Prior to founding the Law Offices of Amy H. Michaels, Attorney Michaels interned at the Rockland County Courthouse in New York where she attended daily court hearings and trials. While in law school and following graduation, Attorney Michaels worked as an Associate at the law firm of Anidjar & Levine, in Fort Lauderdale Florida, focusing on personal injury claims, where she successfully obtained millions in settlements for her clients.
Attorney Michaels is a member of the Florida Bar and has professional affiliations with the trial lawyers division, American Bar Association, and Broward County Bar Association.
